Our In-Store Return Policy

Regular priced merchandise is eligible for a full refund and/or exchange with a receipt for up to 14 calendar days from purchase. Item(s) must be unused, and in original condition. Items returned between 15 and 30 days after purchase must still be accompanied by a receipt and in original condition, but for these items we will issue a store credit in the form of a gift card for any funds remaining after exchange or return, not a refund. Please note that as per South Carolina state law, gift cards expire after 1 year.

Sale priced merchandise is not returnable.

If you are shopping for a gift in the store, we suggest that you ask for a gift receipt to be tucked into the package. There are no prices on this receipt, and it streamlines the process if your recipient needs to return the gift for any reason.
